Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant sales experience in paints, coatings, construction materials, or building materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of Decorative products through proactive customer engagement and regular market visits.
• Develop and execute sales and promotional activities with marketing campaigns to hit territory targets.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, area audits, and competitor analysis.
• Use CRM systems to maintain customer records, pipelines, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance for order fulfillment.
• Monitor collections to support cash flow and working capital targets.
• Adhere to sales policies and standards while driving sustainable growth.
• Provide market insights and feedback to support strategic decisions and expansion.
