Job summary

You will coordinate with AWS Solutions Architects and Sales teams to deliver strategic guidance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in technical roles across cloud, distributed systems, and AI/ML, with strong communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical roles involving distributed systems, cloud architecture, software development, or AI/ML.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as TAM, solutions architect, consultant, or support engineer.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for compute, storage, networking, databases, AI/ML, containers, DevOps, security.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers and understand business needs.
