Job summary

AWS Enterprise Support is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) to influence the largest enterprises in the MENAT region and help them maximize value from AWS. You will craft and execute cloud strategies, advocate for customers, and lead technical discussions with senior leadership.

You will build solutions, guide operations, and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Sales to expand AWS adoption while maintaining operational health and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical roles with distributed systems or cloud architecture.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role ( TAM, solutions architect, consultant, or support ).
• Experience troubleshooting compute, storage, networking, databases, AI/ML, or containers.
• Ability to drive technical discussions with engineering teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships by understanding business and technical needs.
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to deliver additional value for customers.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions and metrics.
• Solve problems as customers migrate workloads to the cloud.
