Job summary

Yokogawa seeks a Senior Solutions Architect for APC to architect and deliver advanced process control solutions for Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Polymers. You will integrate third-party systems, perform scoping studies, PID tuning, and model development, then lead engineering, testing, site integration, SAT, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing APC in oil, gas, petrochemical or polymer plants.
• Strong knowledge of control system architecture and integration.
• Proven ability to lead APC projects and coordinate multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect APC solutions for Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Polymers and integrate 3rd party systems.
• Conduct scoping studies, base cases, PID tuning, step tests and model identification.
• Lead APC & MVC implementations from design through commissioning and handover.
• Provide training and maintain APC strategies to ensure high uptime.
• Coordinate large APC projects and guide a team of APC consultants.
