PeakFleet is seeking a Seasonal Executive Chef in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain to oversee culinary operations during peak season at a luxurious resort. You will lead a kitchen team, develop innovative menus, and ensure top-quality dishes and presentation while managing costs and inventory.

The role requires proven executive kitchen experience, strong leadership, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a high-end resort setting.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in high-end settings.
• Strong leadership and team training abilities.
• Creativity in using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to manage food costs while maintaining quality.
