Job summary

A seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager is sought for a modern 5* boutique hotel in Bahrain to drive revenue, develop key accounts and lead sales and marketing strategies across a competitive market.

The role requires a minimum of five years in hotel sales and marketing, including at least two years in a managerial position, plus proven ability to secure new business and coordinate campaigns with external agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hotel sales and marketing experience, including at least two years in a managerial position.
• Proven record of generating new business, developing productive accounts and achieving measurable revenue results.
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle or boutique hotels is preferred.
• Practical experience coordinating marketing campaigns, promotional activity and external agencies.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, presentation, relationship-management and written communication skills.
