Sales Manager – Manama

As a Sales Manager, you will oversee and manage the sales team at our Manama location. Your responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience in sales management or related field preferred.

Compensation: Competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus accommodation.

Position: Full‑time, no prior experience required. Preference may be given to candidates familiar with the local market in Manama.
