Job summary

Nova Medical Center seeks a Sales Specialist to grow our market share among salons, spas, barbers and pet groomers in Bahrain. You will lead discovery, pitch strategies, and build partnerships for our SAAS-enabled platform.

This full-time, on-site role offers hybrid flexibility in Bahrain. Strong English/Arabic communication and proven B2B sales success are required, along with robust pipeline management and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources and time.
• Arabic fluency (preferably Bahraini).

Responsibilities

• Setting up meetings with clients and representing the company.
• Pitch ideas and negotiate proposals with clients.
• Conducting meeting minutes.
• Follow up with clients contracting and profile setup.
• Preparing reports for Head Office.
• Follow up with collections and payments.
• Managing client's requests and questions.
• Generate new leads and identify decision-makers, screen opportunities, and facilitate pitches.

Objectives of this role

• Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities with salons, spas, barbers and pet groomers
• Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
• Keep detailed track of a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
• Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to plan and manage resources and time
• Candidate must be fluent in Arabic (Preferably Bahraini)
• Experience or Background in SAAS is preferred

Pay: BD400.000 - BD700.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Bahrain: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
