Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring quality customer service
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
• Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for cost savings measures
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain high levels of service and productivity
• Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness standards according to health regulations
