Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of financial management principles.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Arabic fluency required; English knowledge preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant located in the vibrant city of Al-Malikiyah Syria As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including staff supervision customer service and financial management

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of customer service
• Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet business demands
• Manage inventory and ordering to ensure availability of necessary supplies
• Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold our standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability of the restaurant
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or specials that appeal to customers
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement
