Job summary

Avanta Works is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee our Al-Malikiyah restaurant. You will manage operations, staff, finances, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, menu collaboration, and driving sales growth. Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a plus. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates, and a biometric passport is required for employment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of financial management principles.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Arabic fluency required; English knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
