Job summary

Sisco Jobs on behalf of a client in Bahrain is seeking a Production Engineer with strong rebar cut & bend experience to manage day-to-day production and maintenance in a reinforcement steel facility.

You will plan and coordinate cutting, bending, scheduling, and processing, monitor machinery, maintain safety, and report production performance. A minimum of 5 years in rebar production with a relevant Diploma/BE is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on rebar cut & bend production experience.
• Experience in planning and controlling shop-floor production activities.
• Knowledge of preventative and breakdown maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily rebar cut and bend production to meet targets.
• Plan cutting, bending, scheduling, and processing of reinforcement steel.
• Monitor production machinery and optimize equipment utilization.
• Coordinate maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Control product quality, dimensions, and bending accuracy; maintain records.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with procedures.
