Job summary

Haji Hassan Group B.S.C. (c) T in Bahrain invites applications for a Shearline Operator to support our reinforcement steel production.

You will operate shearline machines to cut and bend rebar, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of proven shearline experience, strong reading/writing skills, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum basic reading and writing skills.
• 3+ years of proven experience operating shearline machines for rebar cut and bend.
• Knowledge of reinforcement steel processing procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate shearline machines for cutting and bending reinforcement steel bars (rebar).
• Read and follow production schedules, cutting lists, and work instructions.
• Ensure accurate measurements and quality of cut and bend operations.
• Perform routine machine checks and report operational issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team to meet production targets.
