Key Responsibilties
- Coordinate and monitor quality improvement initiatives across departments to ensure compliance with organisational quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and compliance reviews and support departments in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collect, analyse, and report quality indicators, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage incident reporting, risk assessments, and root cause analyses, ensuring timely investigation and follow-up of identified issues.
- Support accreditation and regulatory compliance activities, including preparation for surveys, audits, and inspections.
- Develop, review, and maintain quality-related policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate staff education and awareness programmes on quality, patient safety, infection control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to promote a culture of quality, patient safety, and operational excellence throughout the organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Allied Health, Quality Management, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in healthcare quality, accreditation, patient safety, or clinical operations.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., NHRA, JCI, CARF, CBAHI, or equivalent).
