• 2–3 years’ experience in patient relations, customer service, or healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families; engage and support throughout their care journey.
• Serve as liaison between patients, families and clinical teams; address inquiries and concerns.
• Collect, document, and analyze patient feedback; escalate issues and ensure resolution.
