Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee projects in Bahrain. You will plan, execute, and finalize projects within budget and deadlines while coordinating teams and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have proven PM experience in Construction/Engineering and strong leadership with excellent English communication. Familiarity with Bahrain regulations is a plus; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven PM experience in Construction/Engineering projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project timelines.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escape to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the Construction/Engineering industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage team dynamics and motivate team members.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bahrain is an advantage.
