The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 5+ years of construction management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Manama. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress of construction projects, identifying any potential issues or delays.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed.
