Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a resort, beach club or luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent guest service attitude with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests at the pool and beach areas.
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, take orders and offer recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively anticipate requests to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and beach service stations.
• Set up and replenish towels, amenities, beverage stations and dining areas.
• Process guest checks and handle cashless transactions per company procedures.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Pool & Beach Culinary and Stewarding teams for seamless operations.
• Report guest feedback, concerns or maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests at the pool and beach areas
• Greet guests warmly present menus take orders and offer recommendations
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality standards
• Monitor guest needs and proactively anticipate requests to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all pool and beach service stations
• Set up and replenish towels amenities beverage stations and dining areas as required
• Process guest checks and handle cashless transactions in accordance with company procedures
• Follow all food safety hygiene and health and safety standards
• Work closely with the Pool amp Beach Culinary and Stewarding teams to ensure seamless operations
• Report guest feedback concerns or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly
