Four Seasons Bahrain Bay is seeking an energetic Pool & Beach Server to deliver exceptional F&B service at our poolside and beachfront facilities. The role suits guests who enjoy outdoor work and thrive in a luxury hospitality setting with a focus on personalized service.

Ideal candidates have prior F&B experience in resort or luxury environments, strong guest service skills, and good English. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with a professional, proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B service in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent guest service attitude and professional demeanor.
• Good command of English; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests at the pool and beach areas.
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
• Monitor guest needs and proactively anticipate requests to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool and beach service stations.
• Set up and replenish towels, amenities, beverage stations, and dining areas as required.
• Process guest checks and handle cashless transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
• Work closely with the Pool & Beach, Culinary, and Stewarding teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Report guest feedback, concerns, or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
