Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in platform engineering, system administration, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Experience in managing and delivering projects.
• Experience with Cloud Services (AWS and Azure) and on-premise infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Familiarity with observability tools like New Relic, Grafana, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation.
• Understanding of system, security, and compliance best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure across multi-cloud and on-premise environments.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and scaling of applications and infrastructure.
• Implement and manage observability tools to monitor performance and ensure high availability.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code to automate provisioning and management of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce best practices for architecture, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and service issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends to maintain efficient infrastructure.
