Responsibilities

• Develop personalized workout plans for clients based on their goals and abilities.
• Conduct fitness assessments to determine clients current level of fitness.
• Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Provide nutritional guidance to help clients maintain a healthy lifestyle.
• Motivate and encourage clients during their workouts to maximize results.
• Monitor clients progress and adjust workout plans accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and gym area.
• Attend regular staff meetings and trainings.
