Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification in personal training or related field preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for clients based on their goals abilities and preferences.
• Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises.
• Motivate and challenge clients during workouts.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition to support fitness goals.
