Job summary

EliteHosts in Isa Town is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to design customized workout plans and provide one-on-one sessions helping clients reach their fitness goals.

You will assess progress, motivate clients, teach safe techniques, and educate on nutrition to complement training plans. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required; Bahrain work permit is necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer.
• Excellent knowledge of exercise science, anatomy and nutrition.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans based on individual goals.
• Lead one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing guidance and motivation.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety at all times.
• Educate clients on nutrition and develop meal plans to complement routines.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans to ensure continued success.
• Maintain a clean and organized gym environment.
