Job summary

Woopel is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer in Isa Town, Bahrain to design personalized workout plans and provide one-on-one coaching. You will monitor client progress, guide proper form, and educate on nutrition while ensuring a safe, motivating training environment.

Certification in personal training required.
Previous PT experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition principles
Excellent communication skills to motivate clients

Responsibilities

Design individualized exercise programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels
Instruct and guide clients through proper form, technique, and safety procedures
Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their fitness journey
Monitor client progress through regular assessments and make necessary adjustments to workouts
Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
