Job summary

KPMG Bahrain is seeking a People & Change Consultant to help organizations navigate change and unlock the potential of their people. The role focuses on organization design, workforce planning, training readiness, cultural change, talent and HR transformation, and rewards programs.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s (and preferably a Master’s) in business or HR, have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing consulting context, and be fluent in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, client-facing consulting experience is essential.
• Practical experience in organizational design and workforce planning projects.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
