Job summary

Keypoint Business Services W.L.L in Bahrain seeks a seasoned Payroll Manager to design and oversee compliant payroll operations for local and international staff. You will lead audits, refine policies, and ensure accurate multi-jurisdictional processing, while collaborating with HR and finance to optimize compensation programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of experience, and proficiency with major payroll software and HRIS; CPP/FPC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR or related field.
• CPP or FPC certification highly desirable.
• 5-7 years of progressive payroll processing and management experience.
• Experience with multi-state and international payroll regulations.
• Proficiency with major payroll software (ADP/Workday/Paychex) and HRIS.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient payroll systems ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
• Conduct comprehensive payroll audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions for improved accuracy
• Develop and maintain clear payroll policies and procedures providing expert guidance to clients and internal teams
• Manage complex payroll calculations including multi-state taxes garnishments and benefits deductions
• Oversee the successful integration of payroll software with other HR and financial systems
• Provide strategic advice on payroll-related issues such as compensation strategies and employee benefits administration
• Stay abreast of evolving payroll legislation and technology proactively adapting strategies for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is highly desirable
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in payroll processing and management
• Proven expertise in multi-state and international payroll regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in major payroll software platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paychex) and HRIS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
