Qualifications

• Graduation degree essential for UAE visa/work permit; attestations if outside UAE may be mandatory.
• Understand systems HUB, SFE, and BCTS for end-to-end processing.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Plan and allocate team resources to cover day-to-day processing workload.
• Collaborate with line management and supporting departments as required.
• Escalate delays or issues promptly with appropriate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payment processing and related operational tasks.
• Monitor processing by Group Service Centre (GSC) and provide guidance as needed.
• Deliver high-quality service by accurately interpreting customer instructions per procedures and compliance standards.
• Maintain productivity levels and meet turnaround times and cut-offs.
• Identify fraud types, errors, and irregular transactions and act per procedures.
• Maintain AML and regulatory checks per compliance procedures.
• Build internal relationships and refer queries to relevant departments promptly.
• Respond to and resolve customer and internal queries within agreed timelines.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and assist on technical/escalated items.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit recommendations.
