Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business or Risk Management.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Risk Management, Reconciliations, SWIFT Administration or Internal Audit.
• Strong understanding of banking controls, processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out clerical, data input, reconciliation and monitoring services to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support timely delivery of projects within scope and budgeted cost.
• Ensure compliance with bank processes, standards and external regulations.
• Identify improvements to processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of market conditions and bank products to apply best practices.
• Provide back-up cover for colleagues during absences and holidays.
• Support operations during weekends and holidays when markets are open elsewhere.
