Job summary

Iv3 Aqua is seeking a seasoned engineer to manage daily technical operations of an RO desalination plant in Bahrain, ensuring safe, reliable performance and meeting contractual requirements. You will act as the primary technical liaison among the Customer, the O&M Contractor, and the Owner.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (Chemical preferred), 5+ years RO experience, CIP know-how, and strong reporting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; chemical engineering strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on operating experience at an RO desalination facility.
• Experience with CIP procedures, cleaning chemistry selection, and post-CIP membrane performance.
• Experience coordinating with O&M contractors, owners, and clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to the O&M Contractor on RO desalination operations.
• Monitor plant performance data and identify trends or deviations from design/contractual parameters.
• Review O&M reports, maintenance schedules, and performance data for accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Support permitting, regulatory compliance, and reporting requirements.
