Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. The role focuses on WBS, sequencing, duration estimates, and resource allocation to keep projects on track.

This onsite, fulltime position requires 3–8 years of scheduling or project controls experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–8 years of scheduling or project controls experience.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Fulltime deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain.
• Onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules.
• Create detailed schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or appropriate planning tools.
• Define work breakdown structures (WBS), sequence activities, estimate durations, and allocate resources.
• Identify critical path activities and monitor schedule performance.
• Monitor project progress and track key milestones.
• Analyze schedule deviations and highlight risks or delays.
• Ensure alignment between schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Recommend corrective actions and support recovery planning.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, progress updates, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Gather data, validate assumptions, and maintain accurate project schedules.
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and best practices.
