Job summary

VGA Holdings in Manama, BH, is recruiting a Product Designer / UX Architect to own the UX, interaction design, and visual design of our SaaS application. This role goes beyond UI design, shaping how the product works and how users navigate it, including a children’s portal, with strong emphasis on UX architecture and prototyping.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement designs, maintain style guides, and push for an engaging, accessible experience across devices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related field.
• Strong SaaS portfolio demonstrating real-world digital products.
• Strong understanding of UX architecture, information architecture, interaction design, and user-centred design.
• Strong UI/visual design skills with good typography, spacing, and consistency.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX and UI design process from research to implementation.
• Define information architecture, navigation structures, user journeys, and interaction patterns.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design polished, responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Conduct competitive and user experience analysis to identify opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system and UI style guide.
• Design meaningful interactions, animations, and micro-interactions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Review implemented features and provide design feedback for quality.
• Improve the product experience based on user feedback and requirements.
• Shape an engaging, intuitive, gamified experience for our children’s portal.
