Job summary

Our Client, a well-established Islamic bank in Bahrain, is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for Core Banking (T24) in Manama. You will gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into BRDs and functional specs while acting as the SME for the Temenos T24 module.

Onsite role for a 1-year contract, requiring 3+ years of BA experience in banking and strong knowledge of Shariah-compliant structures, BRD development, UAT support, and regulatory alignment with Bahrain CBB.

• 3+ years of business analysis experience in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on expertise in T24 (Temenos) core banking system is mandatory.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing, documenting, and delivering banking system requirements within a Shariah-compliant environment. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for core banking initiatives and system enhancements. Serve as the subject matter expert on T24 (Temenos) core banking system configuration, workflows, and module functionality. Translate complex banking and operational requirements into structured BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and functional specifications. Liaise between business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior management to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system integration testing, and go-live activities. Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities within core banking operations. Ensure all solutions and processes comply with Islamic banking principles and Bahrain regulatory standards. Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams on T24 functionality and system updates.
