Petiole Foods is seeking an organised, hands-on Creative Production Assistant to support our marketing team with everyday design tasks, content updates, practical coordination, and follow-ups across our brands. This is an execution-focused support position—not a senior designer or marketing strategist role.

You should enjoy turning clear instructions into finished work, handling smaller details accurately, and keeping tasks moving through to completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Canva or similar tools for basic design and formatting.
• Attention to detail in text, images, and layout.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and templates.

Responsibilities

• Create and update simple marketing materials: brochures, profiles, flyers, and labels using approved templates.
• Edit and prepare content: update text, prices, descriptions, and images; resize and prepare files for print/digital use.
• Support social media content: update graphics and captions and adapt formats for different channels.
• Maintain delivery-platform listings: update menus, prices, descriptions, images, and availability.
• Assist with website and online-store content: product and page updates; basic no-code store setup is a plus.
• Handle marketing coordination: follow up with suppliers, arrange proofs, and coordinate deliveries.
• Manage task follow-through: track deadlines, flag delays, and ensure completion.
• Use modern tools and AI templates; keep files organized and accessible to the team.
