Motiv8 Events and Media are looking for a Creative AI & Automation Specialist to help us push creative boundaries and eliminate repetitive production tasks. You’ll report directly to our Creative Director and collaborate with our creative, strategy, video, and account teams to build high-impact campaign prototypes and practical workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Prototype: Turn campaign briefs into AI-assisted concepts, visual explorations, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
• Automate Workflows: Spot repetitive steps across production—from brief intake to asset routing—and build low-code/no-code integrations to speed up delivery without dropping quality.
• Manage Frameworks: Build and maintain prompt libraries, tool settings, and reference systems for agency and client use cases.
• Empower the Team: Train colleagues on approved AI tools, evaluate new platforms, and enforce brand safety, IP protection, and human-in-the-loop governance.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in creative tech, AI production, or workflow automation (agency/production experience is a big plus).
• A portfolio featuring real-world AI workflows, creative experiments, or campaign prototypes.
• Hands-on GenAI experience with text, image, and video tools, prompt engineering, and output quality control.
• Technical confidence with automation tools, APIs, webhooks, and structured data.
• Strong understanding of full-lifecycle agency workflows (design, copy, animation, video, feedback, delivery).
