Job summary

Motiv8 Events and Media is seeking a Creative AI & Automation Specialist to push creative boundaries and streamline production tasks. You’ll report directly to our Creative Director and collaborate with our teams to build high-impact campaign prototypes and practical workflows.

You’ll turn briefs into AI-assisted concepts, prototype visuals, and interactive workflows; automate repetitive steps with low-code integrations; maintain prompt libraries and governance; train colleagues on approved

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative tech, AI production, or workflow automation.
• Portfolio showing real-world AI workflows or prototypes.
• Hands-on GenAI experience with text, image, and video tools.

Responsibilities

• Build & Prototype: turn briefs into AI-assisted concepts and interactive prototypes.
• Automate Workflows: identify repetitive steps and build low-code/no-code integrations.
• Manage Frameworks: maintain prompt libraries and reference systems.
