Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Seef, Bahrain is seeking a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure on-site at our world-class facilities. This full-time role covers installation, maintenance, and monitoring of server and network equipment.

You will perform structured cabling, configure hardware, manage power and UPS systems, and collaborate with engineering and operations. Candidates should have 3+ years of data center experience and relevant certifications; physical ability to lift 50+ lbs

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
