Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for on-site contract work in Askar, BH. You will support mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities, performing installations, migrations, and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure, strong cabling skills, familiarity with server hardware (Dell/HP/Supermicro), and relevant DCIM or ticketing system experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cable termination and labeling skills.
• Professional English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
• Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
• Document all work with photos and detailed notes
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams
