Job summary

VAM Systems in Bahrain is seeking a Network Administrator to support our Bahrain operations. The role requires strong knowledge of routing and switching, firewalls, and cloud networking, with CCNA, CCNP, AWS Networks or Fortinet certifications.

Candidates should have at least two years of network security experience, hands-on skills configuring firewalls, switches and routers, and the ability to troubleshoot with diverse teams, ISPs and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BIS, computer science or equivalent.
• Certifications CCNA/CCNP or AWS/Fortinet required.
• At least 2 years in network support and security.
• Experience configuring firewalls, switches, routers, load balancers.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues with different teams, ISPs and vendors.
• Immediate join after interview.

• Specialized certification in Cisco CCNA, CCNP, AWS Networks, Fortinet or equivalent for networking Routing and Switching, Firewalls and Cloud technology
• Work experience in network support and security field of at least 2 years, in configuring network firewalls, switches, routers, load balancers
• Ability to troubleshoot of network issues with different teams, entities, ISP and vendors
• Working on vulnerabilities security patching by performing node firmware upgrade planning and execution and doing security configuration hardening.
• Immediate join upon passing the job interview.
