As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of critical network and security infrastructure. Working closely with internal IT teams, ISPs, vendors, and business stakeholders, you will support the implementation and operation of enterprise networking solutions while ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. The role requires hands‑on expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, and cloud networking technologies. You will also play a key role in vulnerability remediation, firmware lifecycle management, network hardening, and security compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Monitor network health, performance, and availability to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and coordinate resolution activities with vendors, ISPs, and internal support teams.
- Implement and maintain network security controls to protect enterprise systems and data.
- Support routing, switching, VLAN, firewall, and cloud networking implementations.
- Perform vulnerability remediation, security patching, and firmware upgrade activities.
- Develop and implement network hardening measures in accordance with security best practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis for network incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, network expansion projects, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, systems, and cloud teams to ensure secure network operations.
- Participate in change management, maintenance windows, and operational support activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems (BIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in network administration, network support, or network security.
- Strong experience configuring and supporting enterprise firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.
- Experience troubleshooting network issues across multiple technology domains and coordinating with vendors and service providers.
- Knowledge of network security concepts, threat mitigation, and infrastructure protection.
- Experience planning and executing firmware upgrades and security patching activities.
- Understanding of vulnerability management and security hardening best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud networking technologies and hybrid network environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage operational priorities.

- Cisco CCNA certification.
- Cisco CCNP certification.
- AWS Networking Specialty or equivalent cloud networking certification.
- Fortinet NSE certification or equivalent firewall certification.

- Knowledge of automation, network monitoring tools, and infrastructure management platforms.
