VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Technology Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.

The company is currently looking for a Server Administrator for its Bahrain operations. The role requires expertise in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM), Exchange Server, File Services, Virtual Machine and system management tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in server administration

• Experience with Incident Management Procedures (tracking processes and applications)
• Proven analytical and creative problem‑solving skills
• Ability to conduct in‑depth research for solutions
• Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts, configuration and architecture
• Experience with systems planning, security principles, and best practices for server management
• Strong network troubleshooting skills including backbone infrastructure issues
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication and documentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Environment and local IT policies and procedures
• Self‑motivated, highly independent, self‑learning, adaptable, able to prioritize and execute tasks in high‑pressure changing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and operating instructions
• Team‑oriented, collaborative working style

Terms and Conditions
