Time Out Market is seeking a skilled Mixologist for its Bahrain venue. You will craft drinks, greet guests, and ensure memorable experiences with each visit.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a similar role, strong English, and excellent communication, organization, and team spirit.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Graduate.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good English level.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of portion control and product identification.
• Answer guests' questions about our venues, menus, and pricing.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes and take their orders.
• Check guest identification and provide service to beverage runners in a timely manner.
• Check beverage orders prior to serving to ensure they are correct and meet requests.
• Follow given drink recipes and garnish beverages as needed per company standards and recipes.
• Deliver beverage orders promptly.
• Organize and prioritise service per appropriate sequence of service.
• Prepare guest checks through POS terminal functions and process guest payments by cash, credit card, comps, and all other tender types.
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shift.
• Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and country laws.
