Job summary

Arab Banking Corporation is seeking a Microsoft Platform Lead to drive the adoption, governance and continuous improvement of the Microsoft platform across the bank. You will engage with internal teams, steer migration and upgrades, and work with Cybersecurity to embed security into every layer.

The role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of AzureAD, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange Online and related tools, plus program management experience to deliver complex initiatives

Qualifications

Knowledge of PowerShell for management of Microsoft services.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and Azure services.
Knowledge of Power BI to present data is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, ad governance features.
Project Management skills and best practices for IT platforms.
Experience with Cobit 2019 or equivalent IT governance.
Fluent in English (mandatory).

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation and management of the Microsoft platform across the bank.
Collaborate with cybersecurity to align architecture and security practices.
Oversee Office 365 apps, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services.
Coordinate with technology teams to deliver the Microsoft strategy.
Provide on‑call support and incident management for platform issues.
Mentor Infrastructure admins and helpdesk staff on Microsoft technologies.
