Job summary

Bank ABC seeks a Microsoft Platform Lead to advance the productivity and collaboration across the organization using the Microsoft stack. Based at our Bahrain Head Office, you will oversee AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Defender, Intune, Teams, and related services while aligning with security and governance standards.

You will partner with Cybersecurity and IT leadership to shape platform strategy, drive adoption, and ensure reliable operations across enterprise services.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 platform/products.
• Experience leading technical teams and Microsoft adoption initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud concepts and security governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft platform services for collaboration, security, mobility, and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps for platform enhancements.
• Work with Cybersecurity to ensure security-by-design across Microsoft tools.
• Lead End User Productivity stack: Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Endpoint Manager, Teams.
• Oversee platform updates, Office 365 migrations, and testing of major changes.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support for incidents affecting Microsoft platforms.
