Job summary

ABC Bank seeks a Microsoft Platform Lead to drive adoption and governance of Microsoft technologies across the organization. You will partner with IT and security teams to design, implement, and mature the Microsoft stack.

You will lead Office 365, Endpoint Manager, Teams, Exchange, and adjacent services, ensuring reliability, security, and compliant operations in a financial services environment. This role requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PowerShell for management of Microsoft services.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Azure Information Protection.
• Knowledge of Power BI to present data.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance features.
• Project Management skills.
• Understanding of network protocols and maintenance of server hardware and software.
• Knowledge of Cobit 2019.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and management of the Microsoft platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the strategic roadmap for Microsoft platform enhancements.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity to align security features and roadmap.
• Oversee Office 365, Endpoint Manager, Teams, and related services.
• Plan and report on Microsoft cloud migration activities and updates.
• Provide support and mentorship to Infrastructure admins and Helpdesk teams.
• Ensure incident management processes are followed and incidents are resolved promptly.
