Job summary

Virtuthinko W. L. is seeking a skilled .NET Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our technology team in the banking sector. You will design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable applications supporting the Bank's digital initiatives and business operations.

The role requires strong .NET skills (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET), RESTful APIs, and SQL Server, with a drive to learn new technologies and work across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Develop and integrate APIs and backend services to support banking applications and digital channels.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow secure coding and software development best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and production releases.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, programming languages, and frameworks to meet evolving business and digital transformation needs.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's security, governance, and regulatory standards.
