Job summary

Red Chilli Recruitment seeks an experienced M&A Advisor / Investment & Corporate Development Executive to join a growing international manufacturing group in the Middle East. The role focuses on shaping and funding current and future ventures, working with senior leadership and external consultants to create compelling investment memorandums, valuations and investor presentations.

You will lead the preparation of memorandums, model development, fundraising support and strategic partnerships,

Qualifications

• Experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.
• Capability to build persuasive investment materials and business cases.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality investment memorandums and investor materials.
• Build persuasive business cases for new ventures and growth opportunities.
• Support company and project valuations and perform sensitivity analyses.
• Analyse EBITDA, multiples and market comparables for investment pitches.
• Develop financial models and investment scenarios for boards and investors.
• Prepare board-level and investor presentations with clear storytelling.
• Collaborate with external advisers, consultants and investment partners.
• Support fundraising, partnerships and potential M&A activity.
• Research markets, competitors and investment opportunities.
• Assist due diligence and transaction-related analyses as needed.

Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor / Investment & Corporate Development Executive

Location: Middle East

We are looking for an experienced M&A Advisor / Investment & Corporate Development Executive to join a growing international manufacturing group in the Middle East

This is an in-house role with a strong focus on helping shape and fund a number of current and future business ventures.

You will work closely with senior leadership and external consultants to develop compelling investment memorandums, valuation materials and investor presentations, helping attract strategic partners, investors and funding into new and established businesses.

The Role

• Preparing high-quality Investment Memorandums and investor materials
• Building persuasive business cases for new ventures and growth opportunities
• Supporting company and project valuations
• Analysing valuation multiples, market comparables and financial performance
• Developing financial models and investment scenarios
• Preparing board-level and investor-facing presentations
• Working with external advisors, consultants and investment partners
• Supporting fundraising, strategic partnerships and potential M&A activity
• Researching markets, competitors and investment opportunities
• Helping senior leadership communicate the commercial potential of new businesses clearly and convincinglySupporting due diligence and transaction-related analysis where required

Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills are essential. This person needs to be able to create material that is both financially credible and genuinely compelling to potential investors and partners.
