Job summary

NASS Group & Corporation in Bahrain seeks a Mechanical Supervisor to supervise installation, maintenance, and repair activities at project sites, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will lead mechanical technicians, read drawings, plan activities, coordinate with engineers, and enforce HSE policies while maintaining progress records and reporting to Site Engineer.

Qualifications

• Diploma or trade certificate in mechanical engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical works, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman position.
• Experience in construction, industrial, MEP, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical installation and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead mechanical technicians, fitters, welders, and helpers on site.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily mechanical activities to achieve project milestones.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades for smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues needing corrective action.
• Maintain records of work progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Enforce compliance with HSE policies and promote safety culture.
• Report progress, delays, and site concerns to Site Engineer or Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
