Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy, is hiring on behalf of our client for a Maintenance Manager position in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in the Ready Mix Concrete and Block industry and will lead maintenance for batching plants, mixers, and related equipment.

The role requires hands-on equipment knowledge, preventive maintenance planning, and strong leadership of maintenance teams to maximize plant availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Ready Mix Concrete & Block industry as a Maintenance Manager.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with batching and concrete production equipment.
• Ability to develop and execute structured preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for ready-mix concrete and block manufacturing equipment.
• Plan maintenance schedules to maximize plant availability and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor the condition and performance of batching plants, mixers, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and related equipment.
• Maintain equipment history, preventive maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Manage maintenance technicians and allocate manpower according to priorities.
• Implement equipment reliability, workplace safety, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
