Job summary

Advanced Search is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee maintenance, reliability, and performance of Ready-Mix Concrete and Block production facilities in Bahrain. This role focuses on maximizing uptime, supervising maintenance teams, and ensuring efficient operation of automated lines.

Ideal candidates hold a mechanical/electrical/mechatronics degree with 8+ years in heavy industrial manufacturing and 3+ years in management. Knowledge of Masa/Zenith/Hess lines is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 8+ years in automated concrete block factories or heavy manufacturing.
• 3+ years in supervisory or Plant Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of factory automation, PLCs, hydraulics, and fixed production machinery.
• Experience with Masa, Zenith, or Hess production lines is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of automated block production lines and ready-mix batching plants.
• Ensure maximum plant uptime and equipment reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting of PLCs, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
