Sisco Jobs in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a ready-mix concrete and block production client. You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, plan schedules to maximize plant availability, and coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in heavyindustrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting, and leadership of maintenance teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Ready Mix Concrete & Block industry as a Maintenance Manager.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and reliability.
- Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating with production.
Responsibilities
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for ready-mix concrete and block manufacturing equipment.
- Plan maintenance schedules to maximize plant availability and minimize production downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues and coordinate timely repairs.
- Monitor the condition and performance of batching plants, mixers, conveyors, pumps, and compressors.
- Maintain equipment history, preventive maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Manage maintenance technicians and allocate manpower according to operational priorities.
